At Dizibook, we strive to deliver a reliable and transparent booking management platform for our customers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which subscription fees may be refunded or subscriptions cancelled.

1. General Terms

  • By subscribing to any Dizibook plan, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • This policy applies to all subscription plans, including Basic and Premium.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Non-Refundable Fees

Important Notice

All subscription fees are non-refundable once paid, except where required by law.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Partial months of service
  • Unused features or unused periods in an active billing cycle
  • Downgrades made mid-cycle

2.2 Eligible Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

  • Proven double billing or duplicate charges caused by a technical error.
  • Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the Service, where Dizibook is at fault and unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
  • Cases covered under applicable consumer protection laws.

Step 2: Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 User-Initiated Cancellations

Easy Cancellation Process

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Dizibook account dashboard or by emailing billing@dizibook.com.

  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • You will retain access to paid features until that date.

3.2 Trial Period Cancellations

15-Day Free Trial

  • • The 15-day free trial can be cancelled anytime before expiry without charges.
  • • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your registered payment method will be automatically billed for the selected plan.

3.3 Company-Initiated Cancellations

Dizibook reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Breach of our Terms & Conditions
  • Illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities

No refunds will be provided for such terminations unless required by law.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get a refund if I cancel within the first few days?

Refunds are only provided in specific circumstances outlined in section 2.2. Generally, subscription fees are non-refundable once paid. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

What happens if I cancel during my trial period?

If you cancel during the 15-day free trial, you will not be charged anything. Your access will continue until the trial period ends, after which your account will be downgraded to a free tier or suspended.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Can I downgrade my plan instead of cancelling?

Yes, you can downgrade from Premium to Basic at any time. The downgrade will take effect at your next billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for downgrades made mid-cycle.

What if I was charged twice by mistake?

If you believe you were charged twice due to a technical error, please contact billing@dizibook.com immediately with details of both transactions. We will investigate and process a refund for any duplicate charges within 7 days of your report.
