Digital Service Notice
Dizibook is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform delivered entirely through digital means. As such, traditional shipping policies do not apply to our core services.
Service Delivery
- Immediate Access: Upon successful account creation and subscription activation, you will have immediate access to your Dizibook account and all subscribed features.
- Digital Delivery: All services, features, and support are provided through our web platform and mobile applications.
- Global Availability: Our SaaS platform is accessible worldwide through internet connection, with no geographical shipping limitations.
Physical Materials (If Applicable)
In rare cases where physical materials may be provided (such as branded merchandise for enterprise clients), the following applies:
- Shipping costs and timelines will be communicated separately
- Delivery is limited to addresses within India
- International shipping may be arranged on a case-by-case basis
- Customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes for international shipments
Technical Support Delivery
- Email Support: Available 24/7 with response within 24-48 hours
- Phone Support: Available for Premium subscribers during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM IST)
- In-App Support: Real-time help through the dashboard help system
Refund & Cancellation Policy

General Terms
- By subscribing to any Dizibook plan, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- This policy applies to all subscription plans, including Basic and Premium.
Non-Refundable Fees
All subscription fees are non-refundable once paid, except where required by law.
No refunds for:
- • Partial months of service
- • Unused features
- • Mid-cycle downgrades
Eligible for Refunds
- • Proven double billing or duplicate charges
- • Technical issues preventing service access (when Dizibook is at fault)
- • Cases covered under consumer protection laws
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days to billing@dizibook.com
Cancellation Process
User-Initiated
Cancel anytime from your dashboard or email billing@dizibook.com
15-Day Trial
Cancel anytime during trial period without charges
Billing Cycle
Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing cycle
Important Note
Dizibook reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breach of Terms & Conditions or illegal activities. No refunds will be provided for such terminations unless required by law.

Pricing Terms
Billing and Payment
- All fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Payment must be made through approved gateways (Razorpay, Stripe)
- Pricing is in INR for Indian customers, USD equivalent for international customers
- Failed payments result in 7-day grace period, then account suspension
Taxes and Additional Fees
- India: 18% GST will be added to all invoices as per Indian tax laws
- International: Customers responsible for applicable VAT, sales tax, or local taxes
- No Hidden Fees: No setup fees, cancellation fees, or hidden charges
Plan Changes
Upgrades
Take effect immediately with prorated billing for the remaining cycle
Downgrades
Take effect at the next billing cycle, no partial refunds provided
Free Trial Terms
- • 15-day free trial for new customers
- • No credit card required to start trial
- • Full access to selected plan features during trial
- • Automatic billing starts after trial unless cancelled
- • One trial per customer/business entity
Pricing Changes
Price Modification Notice
Dizibook reserves the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers. Notifications will be sent via email and posted in the user dashboard.
Enterprise and Custom Pricing
For hotels with specific requirements or high-volume usage, we offer custom pricing plans that include:
- Volume discounts for multiple properties
- Custom feature development
- Dedicated account management
- Enhanced SLA agreements
- White-label solutions
